Founder, President & CTO
Carl M. Cook
International expert in industrial AI for 30 years — modeling, prediction, and optimization solutions, with deep factory-floor and oil & gas production experience.
For over 30 years, Carl's work has centered on one thing: helping people take their products, processes, and operations to another level — no matter how successful they already are. Through IntelliDynamics' technology and consulting, he has helped tens of thousands of people across more than 2,000 companies in over 100 countries drive measurable performance gains.
His core method is innovation in modeling, prediction, and optimization algorithms — bringing novel solutions to the hardest problems on the factory floor and the oil & gas platform. The approach is deliberately practical: understand the process, quantify what drives it, predict performance, and earn the right to control it — autonomously, 24/7, with field-proven results.
Before founding IntelliDynamics in 1994, Carl spent 15 years at 3M in engineering, manufacturing-systems, and technical-management roles. He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Oregon State University, where he studied reaction kinetics under Octave Levenspiel.
